  1. Yes, you can use your own router and get only the SIM card with unlimited data (same price).
  2. If you use your own router, exit charges will be (Current month’s bill + 1 extra month bill)
  3. Exit charges apply only if you don’t complete the 1-year contract.
  4. If you complete the 1-year contract, there are no exit charges.

Exit Charges

  • If you terminate before 24 months:
    • You have to Pay 1 month extra charge (AED 299 for Etisalat Home Wireless Premium Plan)
    • If you received a router, you must also pay the remaining device cost (calculated by usage months 50AED for each remaining month).

Penalty-Free Cancellation

  • You can cancel without exit charges if the below conditions are met:
    • Advance Plan (no router): Cancel within 3 days.
    • Advance Plan (with router): Cancel within 7 days.
    • Premium Plan (with router): Cancel within 14 days.
  • If a router was provided, it must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.

Customer Home Location

  • You can relocate your Home Wireless SIM once per month free of charge (call 101).
  • Additional moves in the same month will cost AED 100 each (VAT excluded).
