Exit Charges

  • If you terminate before 24 months:
    • You have to Pay 1 month extra charge (AED 429 for Etisalat Elife Ultra Starter Plan )
      plus you have to pay 45AED devices charges for each remaining month of contract

Penalty-Free Cancellation

  • You can cancel without exit charges if the below conditions are met:
    • You can cancel it free of cost if you face any technical issue within 14 days.

New customers on the Etisalat eLife Ultra Starter plan get a free speed upgrade to 1Gbps as a limited-time promotion valid until 31 August 2025. After the offer ends, speeds will revert to 500Mbps. The boost is automatic — no action required.

With the 24-month eLife Ultra plan, you receive a AED 25 monthly discount. The no-commitment option provides flexibility but does not include this discount.

When your 24-month eLife Ultra subscription ends, your plan automatically shifts to the monthly option at the same price. All internet benefits continue without changes.

If you cancel before completing your eLife Ultra 12-month or 24-month contract, the following charges apply:
  • Exit fee: AED 1,000 or one month’s rental (whichever is lower)
  • Device charges: Remaining balance based on retail value and contract months
Device retail prices:
  • 4K TV Box: Recorder AED 720 / Regular AED 480
  • WiFi Router: AED 240 / AED 540 / AED 960
  • Home Phone: AED 120

Formula: Exit charge + (Device price ÷ contract months) × (contract months – (1 + months paid))

On the eLife Ultra no-commitment plan, the only charges are the remaining device costs, if any.
